Business accounts allow venues, bars, clubs, and event organisers to list events and publish information on Tonight. By submitting an event or venue listing you confirm that:

All deals, guestlist entries, and offers shown in the App are provided by venues directly. Tonight is not a party to any agreement between a user and a venue.

Tonight's name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Tonight. Event listings, venue descriptions, and images submitted by businesses remain the property of the submitting party; by submitting them you grant Tonight a non-exclusive licence to display them within the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tonight does not guarantee that event information is always current, accurate, or complete. Always confirm event details directly with the venue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed events, denied entry, or reliance on venue information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice.
